The soaked room was performed on a true price range but would not look like it! The tiles are Travertine fromTopps Tiles, the really cheapest of the cheap! But be warned, the labour Price a lot more as they were being tricky to cut! The sink, shower & loo etc. were all from Victoria Plum, the Unique wet space mat from Grimeford Mill was only £23 a meter & the mirror I picked up on my travels in Tunisia.
